Welcome to the ringovino.com blog (the “Website”). Ringovino (“Ringovino”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) offers a forum to discuss and promote photography, vegan foods and wines. We do this through the services offered on the Website and by the products and services otherwise offered by us (together with the Website, Content, and all of the products and services offered by us, our “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you the end user of our Services (“User”, “you”, or “your”), expressly agree to be bound to and to abide by this Privacy Policy (our “Policy”), our Terms of Service, and any other policy we may develop from time to time (collectively, “Policies”), which create legal and enforceable agreements whether or not you obtain, transmit, share, post, send, receive, follow, upload, download, link, email, or otherwise communicate (“Post”): comments, photographs, graphics, images, video, messages, comments, data, text, descriptions, information, links, software, music, sound, any other input (“Content”) using our Services to us or other Users. (b) The Services may allow you to u invite other Users and/or third parties to view your Location Data on the Services or a Third Party Site. If you use such functionality of the Services, then you should use caution when determining to whom you want to make your Location Data available. If you choose to Post an invitation to view your Location Data on your Media Account, then, depending on the privacy settings of your Media Account, it is possible that persons in addition to those to whom you intended to invite to view your Location Data could have access to such information. Accordingly, you should use caution when making such an invitation via third party Media Account and you should carefully review the privacy practices of such Media Account.

(c) Any Content that you make public is searchable by other Users and subject to use by others and we are not responsible for how others may use it.

(d) If you remove information, Personal Data, or Content that you Post to the Services, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services, or if other Users or third parties copied or saved that information.

5. Security of Your Personal Information. We exercise care and prudence in protecting the security of Personal Data provided to us. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Specifically, we or our payment processors use the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting, storing, or transferring sensitive data. Personal Data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. However, you have a significant role in the security of your Media Account. Someone may see or edit your Personal Data if that person gains access to your Media Account, so do not share your Media Account password with others. We have no obligation to retain the Personal Data or other Content we collect from you in connection with your use of the Services, and may delete any or all Content, which was stored by us without liability. However, we may retain Content related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to auditing our records, generating revenue, and/or enforcing our rights under our Polices and applicable law. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those third parties, nor are we responsible for the information or materials they contain. This Policy applies solely to information collected by us through our Services. Therefore, when you use a link to go from our Website to a Third Party Site, this policy is no longer in effect. We encourage Users to read the privacy policies of Third Party Sites before proceeding to use them.
